REFUND, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Redmad, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Our primary goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our users and customers. Redmad offers a replacement guarantee if the product received is:

within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered, if you would like to have it replaced. We will be happy to help.
Note: For any claims, we require an opening video of the parcel (with the top wrap). This policy helps ensure that any issues or damages with the product can be thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Other Important Points

Product colour or print colour may vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable colour variation, Redmad will NOT provide any return or replacement option.

Redmad reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for a refund (only for prepaid orders) or replacement.

Returns or exchanges will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer or if a wrong product was ordered by mistake.

In case of any disputes, Redmad may require the customer to ship the item back. After internal inspection, Redmad will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

Custom products are not eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The print quality of custom products depends entirely on the resolution of the image used. Redmad cannot guarantee high-definition print for such items.

COD orders are NOT eligible for a refund. If there are manufacturing errors acknowledged by Redmad, we will offer a free replacement.

If no issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled successfully.
Delivery-Related Charges

If the delivery address provided is incorrect and an address correction is needed after shipment, you will be charged Rs. 150 + GST.

If the address is incorrect/incomplete and the order is returned to origin, you must pay the complete forward shipment charge for re-delivery.

If the customer refuses delivery or tries to reschedule it more than twice, the order will be returned. To resend it, full shipment charges must be paid again.
OTP-Based Delivery

We use reliable couriers with OTP-based delivery systems.

If a customer provides the OTP before actually receiving the package, no refund or replacement will be provided.

In such cases, the customer must raise a police complaint against the courier/delivery agent in their jurisdiction.
REFUNDS

If approved, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale/Promotion Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Items purchased during sales or promotions cannot be refunded.
Refund Timeline:

Refund processing can take up to 9 business days.
CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and/or shipped.

If cancelled before processing/shipping, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover restocking fees and refund processing costs.
